Finite element method (FEM) was used to perform numerical modeling of binary dielectric mixtures with emphasis on the frequency dependent electrical properties of the mixtures. The effects of randomness in the mixture structure were also studied. Dielectric response was analyzed using a new technique based on Monte Carlo method and nonlinear least square algorithm. It was found that it is possible to simulate different dielectric related phenomenon in materials by considering interfacial polarization.
