摘要
Fluctuations in the output count rates and errors due to the finite dead time of the processing apparatus appropriate to a combined directional scintillation detector are analyzed. Two situations, namely a monodirectional radiation field and a superposition of a monodirectional field with an isotropic background field are considered.
