Lee & Man Paper Manufacturing Co Ltd of Hong Kong have ordered for a linerboard machine having a capacity of 1000 tpd at a working width of 5500 mm, for their Dongguan paper mill. The machine, supplied to them by Voith Paper, will be the first high-tech production unit for linerboard in Asia. The company's capacity is expected to be boosted to 6000,000 tpy by the installation. The machine includes two hydraulic headboxes, dilution water cross profiling, a gapformer and shoe press technology.
