摘要
The low-amplitude cyclic voltammetry is used to study the steel 4S corrosion behaviour and the protective action of a series of home inhibitors for the Samotlor deposit synthetic stratal waters. The method is found to be suitable for selection and evaluation of corrosion inhibitors as it provides a means for measuring the capacitance of the metal-solution interface and the polarization resistance with a high precision. Fast response records of the current-potential curves make it possible to study the corrosion kinetics and, by using a potentiostat, to automate measurements. An advantage of the method is a low polarization voltage which leaves the corrosion process practically unaltered.
