3-2. Polarizing PL spectra Figure 2 shows polarizing photoluminescent (PL) spectra of the thiophene-based polymer with liquid crystallinity. There observed a substantial difference in intensity between parallel and perpendicular to the rubbing direction; giving a definite PL anisotropy.
