摘要：

In this paper the existence and construction of Lyapunov's function are studied for the linear time-varying system. Then by the second method of Lyapunov, the stability for the system is dealt with and the criteria of the stability are given. Making use of the results of the linear system, the stability is studied for time-varying discrete systems with nonlinear terms and with small parameter terms respectively.
