摘要：
″Boundary removable″ and ″strongly boundary removable″ nonessential singularities of the second kind are defined and used in establishing (a) a set of sufficient conditions under which a given n-dimensional IIR filter is stable when it possesses second kind nonessential singularities on the boundary, and (b) a set of necessary conditions that a BIBO stable filter has to satisfy when it has such nonessential singularities.
