摘要
The annular non return valve model used in injection molding machines was described. These valves can be designed with a forced rotation or optionally rotating outer section though preference is given to the latter due to its favorable wear behavior. They were observed to close most reliably and hence a comprehensive theoretical observation was performed. Their closing behavior was optimized as a function of the geometric layout of the non return valve.
