摘要
The post-flight analysis of the motion of the Venera 13 and Venera 14 probes in the atmosphere of the planet is discussed. The objective is to refine the parameters of the descent trajectory during the probe flight in the atmosphere and also a general evaluation of the thermodynamic characteristics of the planetary atmosphere itself. The results of the analysis indicate that all the on-board equipment intended to monitor and control the descent process functioned normally and that the vehicles followed trajectories close to nominal.
