摘要
A method is expounded for the mechanical design of tension disk rotors of contactless turbogenerators. The disks are made of materials of different kinds with cooling orifices. In order to ensure tight contact between disks, axial tension is used. A method is presented for calculating the temperature field of the rotor and of the axial tension assembly. As a result of the calculations, the strength criteria and the first critical rotor speed are used to select the geometric and mechanical characteristics of the tension assembly and the preliminary axial compression force on the rotor disks. An example is given of the mechanical design of the rotor of a synchronous contactless generator.
