摘要
Operation of coal tar-processing plant has been considered. The coal tar is formed during coal carbonization. Many harmful emissions are observed during operation of the plant. In connection with this, collector system for eliminating the emissions has been developed. Technological scheme of the system has been presented. The emissions are accumulated in the collectors. Then, the emissions are burnt in tubular furnace. Evolved heat is utilized for heating the coal tar. Air is supplied to the collectors in order to prevent explosion. Levels of substances in tanks and pressure in the collectors are automatically controlled.
