摘要：
The seam welding of thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) was discussed. The applications of TPE products in automotive industry include air-ducts, seals, damping elements and shock absorbers. The welding of TPE parts was possible because of their melting capability. Block copolymers and polymer blends, the two groups of TPE were analyzed in correlation to micro-heterogeneous distribution of phases.
