Output characteristics of three-channel waveguide arrays CO2 laser

摘要：
The far-field output characteristics of three-channel HBR (hollow bore ridge) waveguide arrays CO2 laser were investigated theoretically and experimentally. The far-field patterns of three different output modes were observed. Since there is a difference between the experimentally measured values and the theoretical values at normal hypothesis, the normal hypothesis conditions were revised in this paper, and the theoretical expression was derived. It is in agreement with experimental results.
