摘要
A relation is established between the electron work function and the standard variation of the isobaric-isothermic potential of the process of formation of oxides from elements. This relation can be used as a criterion in selecting modifiers which improve the atmospheric stability of the pigment. The relation is experimentally confirmed in the ease of modification of TiO//2 with Al, Zr, Si, and Sn oxides.
