摘要
An analysis is made of the state of diamagnetic excitons in a transverse electric field. A calculation is reported of discrete levels, i. e. , of exciton levels below the lowest Landau level; this is done in the approximation postulating the existence of two, three, and four Landau bands. An estimate is obtained of the optical absorption line intensities, which are enhanced by the application of an electric field.
