摘要
Research revealed that the main cause of weavers quitting the industry is the conventional training method, which results in poor quality work and low wages. A new training method has been developed, which combines theory with practical application in easily-assimilated educational units. Under this scheme, employees are virtually self-taught. The new method reduces the training period, and increases quality and productivity, and demonstrates how other areas of industry could benefit from the application of Educational Technology.
