tHussein M. Saber is an Assistant Professor of production and operations management in the College of Commerce and Economics at Sultan Qaboos University in Oman. He has a Ph.D. in industrial engineering from the University of Oklahoma. His current research interest is in the theory and applications of multicriteria optimization. :~A. Ravindran (corresponding author) is Associate Provost and Professor of Industrial Engineering at the University of Oklahoma. He has a B.S. in electrical engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science; Pilani; (India); and an M.S. and Ph.D. in industrial engineering and operations research from the University of California at Berkeley. He has coauthored two texts in operations research and has published numerous articles in the areas of mathematical programming; multicriteria optimization; goal programming; metal cutting; health planning; energy models and transportation analysis. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Industrial Engineers. He is a member of the Editorial Boards of Computers & Industrial Engineering and IIE Transactions on Engineering Management;
