摘要
APG were synthesized by using two steps. The catalytic reaction of butyl polyglycosides occurred on the glucoside's surface, and was the same as the dodecyl polyglycosides reaction which was controlled by nucleophili reactions. Butanol plays a role as the catalyst of phase transition in the whole process. When the chemical reaction is the control step, the kinetic models of the synthesis of butyl polyglycosides and dodecyl polyglycosides were established and kinetic parameters of the models have been estimated. These models were well consistent with the experimental results, and the mean error was less than 4.0% and 4.8% respectively.
