摘要
The mill incorporates all the mechanisms based on practical grinding theory to ensure high-efficiency such as optimally contoured rollers and matching grinding track section, ensuring grinding to fine powder with minimum energy consumption. The press-down mechanism is designed to transmit the force of the hydraulic cylinder directly onto the point of application, providing a means of powerful grinding. The rotating-blade, low-pressure-loss classifier separates insufficiently ground particles and permits them to fall back immediately onto the rotating table for regrinding. The circulating gas nozzle with an easily adjustable opening during operation establishes optimum operation. The optimized functional design and carefully selected wear-resistant structural materials enable extended continuous operation, and replacement-free service exceeding 2 years.
