This report contains eleven shortened contributions presented at a meeting of the DGLR Scientific Committee on Measurement and Testing Techniques in Fluid Dynamics. The meeting topic was boundary layer control by transition fixing, which is of great importance in experimental aerodynamics. Wind tunnel operators and airplane producers present their methods, results and critical reviews.
