摘要
The parameters of systems for electron-beam thermomagnetic signal recording in one-layer coercive films of Bi-substituted ferrite-garnets have been studied. The main attention was paid to the analysis of the resolving power, the rate and required energy of thermomagnetic recording depending on the external magnetic field amplitude, the temperature of carrier external heating, the epitaxial film thickness, the thermal-physical and geometric characteristics of reflecting (conducting) coating, the time of heating, the energy and spatial distribution of electron beam current density.
