Both high drawability and unwrinkle characteristic are required of cold rolled steel sheets for use as fenders in the automotive parts. Complying with this requirement new cold rolled steel sheets have been developed. They are characterized by: (1) Superior unwrinkle characteristic obtained through lowering strength and increasing work hardening exponent as the result of application of the rimmed steel with extra low carbon and nitrogen content. (2) High drawability similar to killed steel, achieved by the effective combination of chemical composition, hot rolled condition, reduction of cold rolling and annealing condition.
