摘要：
The first part of this paper deals with the ″signal processing instrument called alternating fatigue testing machine″ . To avoid the accumulation of fatigue data determined by different testing procedures, an attempt is made to derive evaluation and measuring criteria for a uniform testing machine from the dynamic behavior of the system. A simplified model is suggested for consideration by producer and user.
