摘要
This paper describes a newly introduced bearingless turbine flowmeter, tradenamed Hoverflow, which is designed for measuring flowrates of corrosive liquids. This instrument features a turbine that is suspended in the stream, thereby eliminating wear usually experienced by sleeve and ball-bearing turbine meters. Installation and operational details are given.
