摘要
In order to establish the optimal overload control algorithm for the D-10 electronic switching system, the effect of partial change in call handling method on the overload characteristics are examined and overload control characteristics are evaluated quantitatively, with an analysis of congestion mechanism. The evaluation was done by large scale simulation.
