摘要
The benzene recovery process connected to the coking plant of the Oscar Sinigaglia works of Italsider at Genoa is now entirely monitored by analytical methods based on gas chromatography (GC). The amounts of aromatic products and byproducts are measured in the raw and purified coking gas, in the debenzolation medium, and in the raw and purified benzene. The GC method offers several advantages when compared with the classical analytical procedures, and permits a better control of products and process.
