Temperature characteristic of complex permeability and permittivity of microwave ferrite absorbent

摘要
In this paper, the effect of temperature on the complex permeability μr and permittivity Εr of microwave ferrite absorbing material hexagonal ferrite (Zn1-xCox)2-W was investigated. The experiments show that the real part and imaginary part of μr decrease whereas the real part and the imaginary part of Εr increase when the temperature increases from-25 to 100°C. In addition, the cause for the changing of μr and Εr with the temperature was also analyzed from a theoretical view.
