摘要
Multichannel DAS such as the L-70 and IVK-12 are required in testing gas-turbine engines, steam turbines for nuclear power stations, pumps for gas pipelines, and in other branches of the economy. The number of measurement channels in such a DAS may exceed 5000. Such a large number of channels has required attention to various complicated theoretical and engineering tasks, including the problem of metrological tests. A traditional approach of testing all channels on a complete program is inapplicable on the grounds of time and cost. A method has been proposed involving a condensed algorithm for determining the monitoring metrological characteristics (in channel-survey mode) to reduce the test effort and time. We describe a method that reduces the test time with only slight loss of reliability in the estimates of the metrological characteristics. The method is best used with DAS having more than 30 measurement channels of the same type.
