In the late 80's; the authors of Refs. 1-2 established some decentralized stabilization conditions for large-scale linear systems consisting of N interconnected subsystems with N X N constant delays. In their methods; structural information on the interconnections is taken into account by introducing the cardinalities of the index sets corresponding to different decomposition cases of the interconnection matrices. Recently; Refs. 3-4 also studied the same problems for large-scale interconnected linear continuous systems but with only N constant delays.
