摘要
A new combustion method for collecting the inorganic salts in the incinerator was studied. The suitable temperature was found to restrain the volatilizing of salts and to recover the melted salts, and a wall combustion system effective in restraining the entrainment of salts was designed. A prototype cyclone waste liquor incinerator based on this principle was constructed and combustion experiments using several kinds of factory-waste liquors were conducted. As a result, it was possible to recover more than 97% of the inorganic salts in the incinerator.
