Effects of geometrical tolerances on the performance of two-branch, three-branch and rat-race hybrids are discussed. Expressions are derived for modifications in S-parameters caused by variations in various line impedances and lengths. It is seen that the effect of tolerances on the overall performance is least in case of the rat-race hybrid.
