摘要
The authors report the first observation of photochemical reactions in a layered LiNbO//3-(As//2S//3-Ag) structure by means of surface acoustic wave (SAW) measurements. They have found that acoustic absorption can be analyzed to determine the amount of metal which diffuses both during the fabrication process and when the light-sensitive semiconductor-metal structure is exposed to light.
