摘要：

Using the ″polarization portrait″ of a radar target the set of polarizations of the radar radiation for which the signals reflected from the target are randomly polarized is found. It is shown that the reflected signals may be randomly polarized in the presence of one, two or a set of polarizations to which there corresponds a certain circle on the Poincare sphere.
