The role of international olympic committee (IOC) and the world anti-doping agency (WADA) to ban athletes, who use drugs is discussed. The notion of a race between tissue-engineered super athletes is also examined whose potential has been identified at birth. The new dope testing require investment in modern detection method, gene chip and proteomic analysis. It is observed that IOC and WADA pledges to invest in state-of-art test but could face human rights challenges.
