摘要
The influence of an alkaline component (NaOH) on the properties of highly concentrated aqueous coal suspensions (HCACSs) with the plasticizing addition of technical lignosulfonate (NaLST) has been investigated. A particular method of adding the alkali to the HCACs considerably improves the efficacy of the liquefying and stabilizing action of the LST on aqueous coal systems. It is shown that the efficacy of the action of lignosulfonates on HCACs on the introduction of an alkaline component is connected both with a rise in the activity of the lignosulfonate complex and with a change in the electrical properties of the surface under the action of the alkal. The successive introduction of the components of a NaOH + LST additive to HCACs in grinding facilities the adsorption of the molecules of lignosulfonate on the prepared surface of the coal particles, which leads to a fall in the viscosity of the system.
