摘要：
The application of automation to the diecasting process inflicts a consistency which is unobtainable by manual control. This can lead to great rewards in productivity and quality. The autoladle is often seen as the first stage in the automation process - it can be readily justified and simply installed. But without careful consideration of the other parameters in the casting process, which are discussed in this article, automatic metal transfer cannot fully realize its benefits.
