A new method is described for generating a reference oscillation in an adaptive antenna array (AAA), based on decorrelation of the noise in the complex-conjugate output signal with respect to the noise contained in the input oscillations. An analysis is given of the operation of an AAA with a device for producing the complex conjugate of signals.
