Operational safety of technological facilities for conditioning radioactive wastes

The aim of the paper is to describe a technique for calculation of the probability of radiation accidents at the technological facilities for radioactive waste conditioning in dependence on the accident level. The technique is also may be used for estimating the degree of the safe functioning of a radioactive waste storage. The safety degree is determined by the probability of possible outlet of radionuclides into the environment under emergency situations during a given time interval.
