New kind of combination rule of evidence theory

摘要
Evidence reasoning has good performance in dealing with uncertain information in decision making systems. Some important improved combination rules are firstly reviewed. The drawbacks of Dempster's rule are analyzed. Based on the analysis of the conflict source, a new combination rule, named absorptive method, is proposed through employing the conflict information. Simulation results show that this new method has better performance in dealing with conflict than Dempster's rule and other methods.
