摘要：
Discrete data can be processed using Walsh transforms characterized by (n multiplied by n) Walsh matrices (n equals 2**p). In this paper, these matrices are generated by (p multiplied by p) matrices which appear in the exponent of a new type of representation. With this representation, all existing Walsh matrices for a certain p can be found by searching the number of symmetric matrices invertible in GF (2).
