摘要
The resistance to crack propagation of a heterogeneous material such as mortar or hydraulic concrete is linked to the characteristics of the granular phase, the matrix and the transition zone. This article focuses on the role of the binding phase characteristics in the resistance to cracking in mortars. This is determined in mode I by using a three-point pace-controlled bending test on pre-notched specimens. The roles of the type of binder, certain admixtures and curing conditions are analysed.
