摘要：
A proprietary chemistry has been used to formulate a new breed of high-performance, water-reducible, amine-cured epoxy primers that have a solventborne coating's water resistance and film properties. Unlike conventional waterborne coatings, this system contains no emulsifiers or hydrophilic groups, which impart permanent water sensitivity to the backbone of the binder system. Primers formulated with this technology are currently used on military jet aircraft and steel ordnance vehicles and ground support equipment.
