Theory of time-space coordinate transformation about the displacement measurement

摘要：
The work principle and mathematical model of various modulation displacement sensor were analyzed. Based on the concept of measuring space by time and the Galilean transformation, the idea of relative motion dual coordinate with points for time check was proposed, so that the measurement was performed by transforming the difference of space into the difference of time. As a result, a theory of time-space coordinate transformation was developed.
