A finite-element oscillations model is given for a composite cylinder structure with the cylindrical material anisotropy. The model is based on the theory of 'Timoshenko beam' elastic oscillations and the plane sections hypothesis. The obtained relationships allow one to carry out independent studies of non-stationary wave processes in composite cylinders structures.
