摘要
The effect of convolution on volume magnetostatic waves in a ferrite-semiconductor structure has been investigated at microwave frequencies. The structure is fabricated by depositing a semiconductor film on a ferrite and using known doping techniques. The effect of the parametric excitation of spin waves on the convolution efficiency has been investigated and a study has been made of the possibility of isolating the signal from noise through the use of convolution on volume magnetostatic waves.
