摘要：
As an attempt to form an organic p-n photodiode, p-type electropolymerized poly(N-vinyl carbazole) (PVCz) and n-type rhodamine B (RB) were employed to fabricate a sandwich cell such as Au/PVCz/RB/Al. The cell showed a rectifying effect in the dark as well as a photovoltaic effect.
