摘要：
The refractive and absorptive indices, n and k, of iridium were measured in the spectral range 15-0. 302 mu (0. 08-4. 08 eV) at 77 and 295 K. The optical properties in the infrared range are discussed in the model of two-band conductivity. It is established that the band transitions of electrons in iridium begin at greater than 0. 4 eV and cause appreciable spikes on the curve of light conductivity sigma ( omega ) at h omega similar 0. 44, 1. 0, 1. 6 and 2. 8 eV.
