摘要
VEAG and RWE Energie are today designing and building lignite-fired units which are notable for their capacity and efficiency (800/900 MW, 42/43%) but which still do not exhaust the medium and longer term development potential for lignite-fired power station technology. Additional increase in steam parameters, intensive flue gas heat utilization and also graduation to processes employing integrated lignite drying are discussed. Both undertakings (VEAG and RWE Energie) have agreed on close collaboration for the development of lignite-fired combined cycle power stations.
