摘要
Using auger electron spectroscopy with a ″cylinder mirror″ analyzer the surface concentrations on Sn-Ga liquid solutions were measured as function of solution composition and temperature. There was an excess of Sn on the surface Sn-Ga solutions in comparison with volume. ″In situ″ were measured surface tension at 773 K for melts Ga, Sn and Sn-Ga. It is shown that the measured isotherms of surface tension are higher at 50-100 mJ/m2 in comparison with published data. It is due to thorough control of the surface state in the process of experiments.
