摘要
We have investigated the nonlinear optical properties of hydrogenated nanocrystalline silicon (nc-Si:H) films by pump-probe technique. The phenomenon of the saturated absorption of the exciton in the silicon nanoparticle is observed, and the maximum nonlinear refractive index change at 554 nm is about -6.1×10-5. The nonlinear mechanism of optical absorption of the material is discussed.
